  • product usage metrics
  • analytics event metadata
  • KPI summaries
  • schema mappings

Prolytics does not store raw customer telemetry or user-level analytics data. Our systems process metrics temporarily in order to generate insights and reports for customers. Customers remain the data controllers of any data they provide to the platform. Prolytics acts as a data processor that processes data solely to provide the service.

2.3 Website Analytics

We use analytics tools to understand website usage. This includes:

  • page views
  • device information

We use Google Analytics (GA4). These services may use cookies or similar technologies.

4. AI-Assisted Insights

Prolytics may use artificial intelligence tools to generate summaries or reports from processed analytics metrics. We may use external providers such as Anthropic.

When AI tools are used:

  • raw customer telemetry data is not sent to AI providers
  • only processed KPI summaries or derived insights may be transmitted
  • these services are used solely to generate insights or reports for customers

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active.

Customer telemetry data is not stored permanently by Prolytics. Data processed for analysis is handled temporarily to generate reports and insights.

Schema mappings and configuration settings may be stored to maintain platform functionality.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share limited data with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform, including:

  • cloud hosting providers located in the United States
  • payment processors

These providers process information only on our behalf.
