Prolytics is a brand of OptiBitts Systems Inc. ("OptiBitts", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website at prolyticshq.tech (the "Site") or interact with us through the forms on the Site. Our registered jurisdiction is British Columbia, Canada. Our primary contact for privacy matters is privacy@prolyticshq.tech. Mailing locality: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We have not appointed an EU/UK representative; individuals in the EU/UK can contact us directly at the above address.
What we collect
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this Site. We do not set cookies. We use localStorage only to remember your theme preference on your device.
Information you choose to provide:
- Email address for our newsletter.
- Waitlist and pricing inquiry details you submit (for example: first and last name, role, business email, company name, website, and any questions or context you provide).
Automatically processed (no cookies): we process your IP address transiently to apply rate limits and protect our forms from abuse. We do not retain your IP beyond the short window required to enforce those limits.
How we use information
- To send the specific emails you request (e.g., welcome, newsletter, pricing response) and to respond to your inquiries.
- To maintain our waitlist and manage newsletter subscriptions (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us).
- To protect the Site from spam and abuse through rate limiting and security monitoring.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

- Upstash – rate limiting to protect forms from abuse.
These providers may process data in locations outside your province/state or country. We require appropriate safeguards from our providers.
International transfers
Where personal information is transferred outside of your region (including from Canada or the EEA/UK), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comparable mechanisms where applicable, along with technical and organizational measures.
Retention
- Newsletter: retained until you unsubscribe.
- Waitlist and pricing inquiries: retained until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed for the purpose you submitted them.
- Rate limiting and security: IP-related data is processed only for a short window necessary to enforce limits and is not retained long term.
Your rights
