1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Prolytics platform and website located at prolyticshq.tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Prolytics provides a platform that analyzes product telemetry and generates insights, reports, and analytics summaries for product teams. The service may include integrations, dashboards, automated analysis, and AI-assisted insights.
3. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain the security of your account
- notify us of unauthorized access
You are responsible for activities conducted under your account.
4. Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain all rights to data they submit or connect to the platform.
Prolytics does not claim ownership of customer data.
Customers grant Prolytics a limited license to process such data solely to provide the service.
5. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful purposes
- attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform
- reverse engineer the platform
- upload malicious or harmful content
- violate the privacy rights of others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payments
Paid plans may be billed through our payment provider, Stripe.
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected.
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Prolytics platform, software, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Prolytics Limited. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or technical issues may occur.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prolytics Limited shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of profits
- loss of data
- business interruption
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if users violate these terms.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
11. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
