These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at prolyticshq.tech (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Prolytics is a brand of OptiBitts Systems Inc. ("OptiBitts").

Use of the Site

• The Site provides information about our services and allows you to contact us, join a waitlist, subscribe to a newsletter, or request pricing.
• The Site does not provide an end-user account or paid service. Any engagement beyond the Site is governed by a separate written agreement (if any).
• You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

To the extent any liability exists, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD 100).

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
